El Servicio is an architectural studio in Palma de Mallorca. We collaborate with engineers, surveyors, interior designers and landscapers to develop our projects with the utmost detail and precision. Empathy, commitment and sensitivity are complementary tools that help us understand the needs of our clients in order to propose appropriate solutions.

We advise you on the process of acquiring a plot, apartment or property to accompany you in the development of your dream. We believe in an architecture in which technique and art come together with sustainability criteria and local materials.

Please note that filling out the forms is voluntary. However, if you do not fill in the required fields (marked with a required field or an asterisk), the use of some of the site’s functions will not be possible or will be limited.

We have profiles on some of the main social networks on the Internet, and the Service is responsible for the processing of data published on them (for example, photos uploaded by the Service in which people’s faces appear).

These data will be processed according to the social network’s permission for corporate profiles. Therefore, when not prohibited by law, we may inform our followers by any means permitted by the social network about their activities or offers, as well as provide a personalized customer service.

Under no circumstances do we extract data from social networks, unless the user’s express and timely consent has been obtained for this.

When, due to the very nature of social networks, exercising your rights depends on the modification of your profile, we will help and advise you to the best of our ability.

7.3.3.- In job offers

The Service will only evaluate applications for employment or internships that the candidate sends through the means indicated on the corresponding page or through those provided in the employment and internship areas on websites where we have published a specific offer.

All other applications will be rejected.

The candidate authorizes us to analyze the documents that he/she sends, all the content that is directly accessible through search engines, the profiles that he/she maintains on professional social networks, the data obtained in the entrance exams and the information that he/she reveals in the job interview, with the aim of evaluating his/her candidacy and, if applicable, being able to offer him/her a position.

7.4.- Data retention

The duration of the data processed by the Service is indicated below:

  • Aggregated data will be retained without a deletion period.
  • Customer data will be retained for the minimum necessary period, and may be kept for up to:
  • 5 years, according to art. 1964 of the Civil Code (personal actions without a special period).
  • 6 years, according to art. 30 of the Commercial Code (accounting books or invoices, for example).
  • User data uploaded by the Service to pages and profiles on social networks will be retained from the time the user gives consent until he or she withdraws it.
  • The data of candidates for a job offer, if the candidate is not selected, will be kept for a maximum of two years to be included in future calls for applications, if the candidate authorizes it.

8.- Service providers and others

There are third parties that manage parts of the Service.

They are required by the Service to comply with this Privacy Policy to the extent applicable to them, and they must also have their own. However, the Service will not be responsible for compliance with such policy.

Under certain circumstances, the Service may share, use, preserve or disclose Personal Information with third parties, on a non-aggregated basis:
